what did cubecraft mean by "days"

I was banned from cubecraft 3 days ago and the response said it could take up to 3 days to have the dev team look at it

did cubecraft mean 3 business days? or 72 hrs? or by midnight tonight?


NOTE i am not trying to rush the devs into looking at my appeal (you guys can take all the time you need) i just want to ask what 3 days is

i was banned for no reason that i know of i was in party with @mayodatube and qed a game of bedwars duos and BOOM my game crashed so... i log back on to see i am banned for a week (my ban message was "unfair advantage")
