Did CubeCraft change the PvP mechanics?
Today, other players' knockback was lower, making it very difficult to play.

No, I believe the PvP mechanics stayed the same, but when you refer to the lower KB, its probably because people are abusing their ping a lot.
Usually people who have terrible ping somehow know a way to avoid getting huge amounts of KB and that has been an issue for a quite some time now.
It's very frustrating, I know

Compared with when? Nothing to find in the patch notes and I myself don't really feel a difference, so I don't think so

You're probably referring to peoples ping. Sadly enough, there are alot of people with higher ping who barely get any knockback or it's very delayed.

I heard that they changed their servers host, not sure if this is true but if so this w/could explain alot. Maybe your own ping wasn't good either so it could feel 10x worse compared to other days.

I'm usually on very low ping and if I hit someone with higher vs lower ping = the difference is huge.

Something's definitely wrong. I usually get 50 winstreak in a row in Solo BedWars, but yesterday and today I only got 5-10 winstreak in a row.
On top of that, I was dealing about three times the damage with the same equipment and weapons as my opponent, yet I still died.
I can play normally on other servers, but I can't play normally on CubeCraft.

I think its because that people take CubeCraft way to seriously. Some people just ruin their ping so they can get less knockback as other people. I always experience this within eggwars. I don't know how much it happens in bedwars like you said. I'm a java player and this happens pretty frequent. I don't know if it' s ever going to be fixed or its even possible to be fixed. I get the frustration with it honestly.
