What are your thoughts on the "Escalated" tags ?

A while back, we didn't have the "Escalated" and "Implemented" tags.
So it wasn't clear staff were going through posts on the forums, does this help ?

Yes, it helps alot. It shows it has been read by one of the staff member, and it has been forwarded (escalated)
So yes I like it.

It actually does help players, because they know if their thread has been forwarded or not.

I do not think that's true, there are lots of good suggestions, and people would nag if they don't escalate many suggestions, so I think it's fine now.

Lots of good suggestions get escalated and then get forgotten in the sea of "Escalated" tags
Not that many get implemented

When a suggestion gets escalated it gets added to a list for management to look at.
Since they are in a seperate list they don't get lost.

I’d say it’s a nice feature. It allows people to know that their thread has been seen and will be looked at. So I’d quite like the small but neat feature to continue being used.

I dont have opinions on it because im not bothered by it. But if I had to choose, I like it.
