Java Weird inconsistency between bomber/ninja kits in blockwars. Bug or feature?

I know I've made a suggestion thread about this earlier, but now I'm wondering.

Ninja ability: visible cooldown timer. Recharges instantly upon respawn.

Bomber: none of these

Yep very inconsistent but the kits haven't had real changes since the release of the game. I've done many suggestions for improvements before but none of them have ever taken shape. It's unfortunate that the game has never had any love but we are all used to it.

Well they did make a blockwars spinoff (bridges), which is a permanent gamemode, so I guess there's still hope?
