Water and lava. Everyone uses it in pvp why dont we use water and lava in eggwars?

After five months it's still a no for me xD
It changes the game too much and it's very op.

You could make a huge staircase and let it lag really hard, of course you can also do this in Skywars but I don't think this would be a good idea. -1.
People WILL spam with lava and that's something that I really wouldn't like to add at eggwars. Also, people could be making a skybase and surrounding it with water (even though skybases aren't allowed) and stay alive for quite a long time while you're trying to defeat them.
This has been suggested a few times (if you have not looked it up)

That would be what the campers would do, I guess there are more cons than pros but I'm neutral for flint n steel (if it's expensive and almost breaking)
Good suggestion though.
Usually when making suggestions, think about what campers can do with it that may improve their camping-ness.
Then think about what abusers could do with the item/change and slowly figure take out issues that may have too much cons.
Example, maybe once you place the lava, the bucket disappears and the lava goes away after 2min.

Well, I love water and lava in a Skywars game but it could be OP in Eggwars. And what everyone says, it will increase campers.
How could water/lava increase the amount of campers, could you please explain me?
