Voting disable last 5 seconds and announce chest items

Already suggested this a couple months ago but my idea got rejected somehow... still agree it should be added though.

A lot of people did, me included. Point is, they haven't changed anything yet, even though everyone agrees with it. Might add this to my potential rant thread.
