Visa Vanilla won't work for buying rank.

I tried buying a rank for my birthday with my visa vanilla giftcard. I can't trade it for anything can someome please help. its my birthday Gold rank

The purchase is outside of the United States so visa vanilla cards don't work :(

As @POWER_RANGER said visa cards arent international and they say that on the packaging, however its not all a loss you could use the card for something else
