To be fair, the forum rules are hidden away under the Suggestion sub-forum so it's not obvious where it is (we are aware, and we're gonna fix that)
Good to know how many read the tips as well compared to how many read the application thread :P

Well most suggestions do die off after all, and that thread got pinned and it allows you to apply for Staff so I'm not that suprised it received so many views.
