Hello, I'd like to upload a video to a thread reporting a hacker. I don't have YouTube but the video is in my files. How can I get it?

If you have this, you also have a YouTube account/channel where your can upload your videos :D

You can create a google or google+ account in order to have YouTube. We can't see your files on the computer. We can only access it if its hosted on a video hosting website.
