Resolved unable to appeal ban

I was banned 2 months ago from sentinel on bedrock, I email the sentinel team and they said to email back in 2 months to re-appeal but when I tried to email today it said that the email was not in use. It now seems I am permanently banned and i do not know what to do.

What to do if your appeal is denied?
There should be a button on the appeal site that says “discuss your appeal/start a conversation”
