Trying to buy a rank but cant

Im sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forum. Seemed like this was the most logical place for it

Im currently trying to buy the obsidian rank for the server. I know that i have enough funds in my bank for the rank but every time i try to buy it is says the transaction failed. Is there an issue with paymentwall at the moment or something like that?
