trouble joining the sever

so i can get to locating server screen and but it never actually lets me join and i'm on the nintendo switch. tbh i really want to play on your server cause the minigames look amazing but i cant play

there was no error message it just sits at the locating sever screen. My friend has the the same problem he’s on Nintendo switch as well
