What dose it need?
Tnt trouble needs some things to be fixed 100%
Let me show you an example -

(lol was crazy!)
A few bugs here and there but most of the stuff is alright.
The game could use some more kits, maps, and its own lobby (replacing the parkour "minigame" with tnt trouble)
Why should cube finish TNT Trouble?
Tnt Trouble is a 100% original game ive never seen it on any minecraft server and it when it came out it blew my mind (get the tnt trouble up pun? :>>>) It is really original and well put together.

B) for the map ideas send pics not just name them because that doesn't help

I went ahead and gave them an official warning, you don't have to warn them anymore. (You can see it at 0:20 - 0:25)
