Best thing he could do is make an appeal (if he had not done so yet) and explain in great detail what it exactly what he was doing 30 minutes - ban time.
If that takes too long to respond (say a week or so) then I'd be better if he contacted CrazymanJR about it on discord, again in great detail, not just "unfair ban plz unban". Note that this process may take very long.
