This was unsuccessful?

I reported this player a couple of days ago and it has been unsuccessful because:

"Player had loads of lag (up to 1300 ping), therefore I won't punish him."

But it seems to me like he was blatantly hacking. Watch this video and please give your opinion (the first player I fight):

To be honest, I would've done the same as the staff member who denied it. You can clearly see that when you hit him, he has a lot of delay in knockback, and therefor I wouldn't trust it either to ban him, as the rest could also be lag, and if he really had 1300 ping, that could be even worse.

I can see why this was denied. At 0:23, when you hit the player, you can see them take knockback two or three seconds afterwards. Having a high ping makes detecting clients a lot harder than it should be, and we do not want to risk banning innocent players.

Because anyone has the righst to join the server, even if they have bad wifi or not. The server should not have a ping limit, that would ruin other players their game experience, which is kind a discrimination for those with bad wifi.
