Simple solution, play normal... Or in op I think that if they made it cost 22 and still be 64 not many would complain... Or maybe everyone would be mad.

It should be discounted. Like "if you buy 63 blocks with 21 iron, you'll get one extra block for free! Buy 63 blocks and get one freeee!"

63 / 21 = (3 blocks per iron)

It's not that, it's the fact that a stack is 64, but you can only buy 63 :/
But that's not the point, he wants to say that it annoys him :/
