Cubecraft does not offer rank transfers im afraid. You will have to contact mojang to recover your account if you want your rank back

Since a couple months we don’t transfer ranks anymore. If you have any questions about ranks and etc you can ask Joe Henry or sales@cubecraft.net, but they will also tell you the same thing about transfering ranks.
