I think the anti-cheat is in BETA right now so it will only get better and you can report hackers here https://reports.cubecraft.net/report however you need video evidence. If they added a /report command then it would just be abused by players who lost a game and were mad so decided to /report them. This would waste the staffs time and it is easier just to do it how they do it right now.

Hello!

We are sorry to hear the troubles you are experiencing with the hackers. Our developer team is actively developing a new anti-cheat, which will hopefully be able to efficiently and accurately detect hackers from legitimate players -- and to replace the existing OpenSource anticheat currently in use. Please be patient as this process may take a while to perfect.
