Good thinking with the terraforming, although it seems like the hills was just added where there were space for it. Looks kinda dull.
Try and make the terrain all done, before adding any kinds of detail, like trees and grass, also, remember to make it look natural, so smooth the hills out at the bottom.

Great so far! :D
I've noticed dat teh bottom of teh hill is too... squareish? Try smoothing it out a bit :D
Also add a bit more details to le interior and exterior of the house bit :D

Here is my opinion:
Everyone can do terraforming, but not as much as custom trees. There should be a better 'structure' like a detailed hut or something, but try to make it so you have a variety of options the builders could test you on, not just terraforming. Good luck! The tree is great, just... maybe not too flat. ;)
