I found that out in an earlier SG game when I was using the cannibal kit and got eggs from someone I killed.

What I do is put Wolf eggs in Random Chests... If someone gets them and spawns them... Well they're basically dead...

If you hide near the chest and set up an ambush that is. The only problem is that anyone can sneak behind you and land free hits on you.
