Coding that you hit each other in the lobby

becouse when i set my server to hitting off then i have at skywars you cant hit each other
so can somebody help me with a plugin so you cant hit in the lobby but you can hit on skywars eggwars etc.

Unless it's a Network, that option affects the whole server.

Many Minigames Plugins already have that feature, (some only affects Pre-game lobbies).
Another way to do this is, is using the plugin WorldGuard


PS: If you only have "one" (Not Bunge'ed) server, it's better to have a "passive" minigame (i.e. Prison, Factions, Survival, Creative...), than Minigames.

You can download the plugin world quard. This plugin is a plugin that becomes very much used and it is very handy.

The only thing what you have to do is protecting your world. Players can't break blocks anymore and they can't pvp anymore.

If you want/can (to) buy/afford a plugin, SkyWarsX is really good (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/...-kits-cages-trails-mystery-box-parties.28120/ )
If you cannot afford/want to buy that plugin, I'd recommend you SkyWars Reloaded ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/skywarsreloaded.3796/ ), it's even Open Source (So you/a dev can edit/fix the plugin and add some features)

I don't fully understand your question, but if you want that nobody can place signs or blocks, you can install: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/antibuild.29039/

What I think is what happened, that you have one server, if you disable it on the server, you can't hit ingame, and not in lobby, if you have 3 servers for example it'll work like this:
Server 1: (Can't use this server, it's the 'host' for bungeecord)
Server 2: lobby > you can disable hitting here, whenever you click a sign you get connected to a other server >
Server 3: Server 3 is the skywars game server, here you build your maps and stuff, here you enable PvP.
