I had an issue with my game and the staff replied in minutes which for a larger server is very impressive and I just want to say thanks and this server has some really good staff!!!

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
