I see that you found yourself a rule breaker and want to report them, which is great! Though you will need video evidence in order to report a hacker or teamers. If you see someone breaking the rules in chat, then you need to provide a screenshot. You can report players by doing /registerreports ingame, there it will give you a link to create a report account. I'm sorry but Staff members can't punish a player if you don't have a video evidence. You can try to download OBS, Fraps or Bandicam, Also you need that video to be uploaded on YouTube (It must be less than 5 minutes)

I'm sorry but Staff members can't punish a player if you don't have a video evidence. You can try to download OBS, Fraps or Bandicam, Also you need that video to be uploaded on YouTube (It must be less than 5 minutes)
