In Java FFA, when server is planning to restart in an our it starts timer in scoreboard. Not only this, but it also sends messages "server will be restarted in 1 minute", etc.
The idea is to just simply sync them. It has one regularity: the timer that's in the chat counts right, and scoreboard timer is behind 1-3 minutes. So, it would be good if they would tell the same time...
