The current system for timers on FFA lobbies are terrible. Most maps will last 3 minutes even after the game puts you in a different lobby.
The older system for timers wasn't good either, the long timeouts were still inconsistent. Getting high killstreaks now is basically impossible, and risky if your low on points. Here are some suggestions to make it better.
/ffatimer command: The fact that I can go on a shopping spree and buy 5 god apples JUST to have the lobby about to restart in 5 minutes is so unfair, with a FFA timer command players could always see when the lobby is about to timeout in 5 minutes, rather than going based off feel. If this is implemented, CubeCraft should also go back to the longer timeouts.
Also, I don't know how it exactly works but I think the timer for FFA lobbies shouldn't start when no one is in them.
