Paypal was once on the store, but it was removed as people had the ability to refund the donation and keep the given rank.
This, also there were many struggles and troubles revolving around people not getting their rank, and purchases not going through. This is why CubeCraft discarded PayPal as a donation option.

The problem with PayPal is that people charged back, and Cubecraft had to pay 25$ per chargeback, yes Cubecraft. No that doesn't make any sence indeed, but yes that's the problem.
Yes, but it got abused and therefore got removed. I beleive you can buy a paysafe card online using paypal, or you can buy it in a local store.
The price itself isn't changing, the GBP to *whatever other currency* always changes, and if there's a sale, it changes too, but in a good way ;)
The diamond rank price is not changing until there are sales and/or marketing decisions made.
The price itself doesn't change, the money value changes, which can affect the price a tiny bit.
