Suggestion for the Obsidian rank in Kit-PvP

Everyone's complaining about the obsidian rank being too op.. Here's an idea.
People with the Obsidian rank get level 7 kits for every type of kit, like every other rank.
They still get to keep the OP kit BUT they only get to use it every 2 hours, so they don't keep spawning back with the OP kit every time they die.
@halothe23 @rubik_cube_man If you decide to add these kits, sorry that you have to go back and code everything again :/

Kit-PvP is just OP based anyways. And as Morgan said, its not that big of an issue as long as you lower ranks team up on them. (Teamwork!)
