Sound glitch at cubecraft

everytime i connect to cubecraft my turtle beach PX22 starts making weird noises like zooming stuff, i'm getting really annoyed and i can't fix it so can i get some help with this problem?? it's stressing me out i can't play on cubecraft without having a zooming noise in my head every second of the time i play...

I don't use this headphone nor do I know it, but this is what I found. I've read through multiple threads on fora concerning sound issues, and it was usually caused by an unplugged plug. :)
