This would be helpfull to get rid of rulebreakers faster, but i think level 75 is a bit too high. I think level 30-50 would be a bit more reasonable.

I think so too, as higher level players are less likely to false report.

it sounds good. Only high levels can use this. This way, tricks are punished and stone ranks also work. (high levels only) xdd
