The seed that I found has a village with one iron and 10 obby

how far away.
Seed: 1
has a cave with enough iron in it for full gear, gravel nearby to get flint and a few sheep, all at spawn.
Then, when going to the village, an infinite amount of sheep for food and some sugarcane on the way. Then, in the village, there's 1 priest and a bunch of librarians, perfect for the trade strategy, then there's a cave right next to the village directly leading to a stronghold while passing through a skeleton spawner, which are located at 3 overlapping ravines, with a bunch of chests containing enderpearls and a library right next to the end portal. When building the nether portal at the end portal with the lava which is there, you'll end up in the nether which has 3 nether fortresses in close proximity, one of which I can pretty easily speedrun to get both some nether wart and blaze rods.
Furthermore, all rare biomes are pretty fornicating close to spawn:

also luck based. spent 20 mins in nether killing blazes without shield or chestplate and got 2 blaze rods. + not a single cleric

I did it in singleplayer in under 10 minutes.
