I've said numerous times that the point below the island at which you die at is quite high, so there's no point having water as you are very likely to die if you drop from the island, even if you land in the water - which makes it a somewhat useless kit
This has been suggested numerous times and each time has been denied due to a lack of people wanting the kit and people opposing it.
