Someone can help me by find a skywars plug in? if it is passable, the same plug in as CubeCraftGames.
if u have an another (good) plug in for Skywars, than its it okay.

Max made a copy of the CubeCraft skywars plugin, you can check it out on his youtube channel called MaxMar or something. I forgot his name, sorry.

There are also some other good skywars plugins, If I was you I should ckeck the Bukkit or Spigot plugins page.
