Skyblock server down?

Every time I try to play (around 6-7 pm gmt) the server doesn't allow me to rejoin the island from either the hub or the lobby. This lasts until the server restarts. I've tried restarting the server and restarting minecraft, but it still consistently does this and I really can't join. I've heard some people say it's maintenance, is that true or is it just my island?
