I’ve got an issue where all of my chests lost so many of their items, I made a ticket (see image) but they just closed it so I can’t actually talk to them. I don’t really expect how I can supply video evidence on something that has already happened. Has anyone encountered the same issue?

An example of the server problem I was talking about. You can see the ping mismatch between my client and what the server says. If I was actually lagging, the ping number on my client would be much higher. The ping spike happened after playing a few matches in the server, which makes it impossible to have a long session without lagging or having to relog.
