Shoutbox

For the forum, I think we should have a shoutbox. A shoutbox is place where people can leave messages without posting on their own profile and it continuously scrolls downward. It would be aligned in the place where recent status updates, new members, etc. are placed. Example:
Person 1: What's 9 + 10?
Person 2: 21.
And so on. Sorry if this sounds weird it is just a random suggestion I have.

I can confirm that 10+9 is 21. However we have a chat room on IRC. We may look at integrating this in to the website as part of some upcoming changes. I have nothing else to add.
