I received lapis from having one on the chunk but when i go to upgrade to gold in the shop it says i am not allowed to buy this item

Rank upgrades are broken at the minute. Contact one of the owners if you wish to get one.

As soon as I get to the payment page I get the message "Payment system was blocked for you" and it wont work!
It says for verification send account statement, what does this mean? Also can I please have help? I'm almost a mod but I need diamond!

Tell them what the problem is, please send some screenshots of the page which sais: payment system was blocked for you.
But blur your private data like creditcardnumbers etc. I hope you have enough info.
But im open to help you with any questions.
