Hello!
So I know this is going to sound like a rant (which it most likely is) however, I feel like it’s somewhat valid.

Yes, I’m aware that coding an anticheat is time consuming and difficult. I am also aware that false flags are inevitable. However, the amount of times I’ve been banned for “hacking” is beyond ridiculous. Sometimes it’s for pvping whilst being in a corner the next time it’s for hitting someone who is afk. I don’t have any mods installed other than Labymod. So like what? And I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this issue as I have talked to other players that have shared a similar experience. I get banned for hitting someone 3 blocks away meanwhile there are people hitting me from 6 blocks away without being detected. On top of that, the anticheat doesn’t even tell you what you’ve been banned for, other than “hacking” so what are you supposed to say in the appeal?

Speaking about the appeal, no matter how much of a detailed account I write, it gets denied within 24 hours. I’m starting to think that they just automatically deny the appeal without even being bothered to read it? And after you reply, it never gets answered. My appeal is still pending from 2 months ago and I still await for a simple response. Then when you ask about it, they advise you to speak with the person who’s denied it yet, there’s no information as to whom has denied it in the first place. I have also tried emailing the support.cubecraft address, however all I receive is: “your message was unable to send within the 48 hours, please try again.”

So what am I supposed to do?

Don’t worry, they read the appeals(I got falsely banned and they accepted my appeal in 2 hours) but that’s unfortunate to hear.
And the anticheat’s main purpose is to catch hackers and I believe that it gives the reason with it too(I got false banned because Sentinel thought I was flying if I remember it correctly)
It’s best for a staff member to explain what you need to do, they know better than me.
And remember, Sentinel is still in development stages, and the developers are trying their best to solve this problem

This is because if we tell Cheat developers what we detected them using, then they’ll know what aspects of their client they need to improve. We keep all anticheat information private because otherwise bypasses would be easier to find.

My appeal is still pending from 2 months ago and I still await for a simple response.

Yes well on other servers they tell you what you're banned for hence, I was pointing out why it's weird it just says hacking. But thanks for making me aware of the reason!
