Sentinel banned (+live)

Hello,

I got banned again from sentinel... Sentinel wants me banned :(
But now I recorded everything. (Around 5-7 skywars games I think and then some minuts in the loby (afk) and then I got banned.
I have everything on video but it's an .flv (3 GB), so I can't convert it to .mp4 online (tried).

Why do I post this here?
Appeals are automatic closed... I think they don't even read it.

My question is now, to who can I send the file best?
Because 3 GB is not nothing...

Have you tried uploading it to youtube, vimeo or any other video uploading websites?
You could also try to compress it but idk how exactly.
You could also try editing the irrelevant parts out with a video editing software.
Can you play the .flv file in the first place?
