Senitinel banned my friend for no reason.

Hi,
I have a friend known as 'baconator1109'. We skype a lot and I know him very well, he never hacks or disrespects anybody, and has no reason to be banned or punished, but for some reason sentinel banned him and gave no reason as to why.

He doesn't have an account on the forums so an appeal is going to be a little difficult. Can someone explain why he was banned? I have never seen him hack, especially not on that particular occasion.
He's been banned for 7 days. A full week of being banned for not doing anything wrong? In the past few days he's on, he's never hacked.
We need to fix this. Many people on the server are cheating, but sentinel is banning those who don't.
