Rule Recount for New Players

I think that because the teamers and skybasers etc sometimes don't know what they're doing is wrong, we should have a forced rule recount for new players. Whenever a player joins the server for the first time, there is a quick recap of the rules because some young kids don't read the forums. However, you should still warn them if the punishment for their current actions requires a warning just like normal. Obviously you would not need to include things like: don't hack, because everyone knows that's wrong and could get you banned.

This isnt needed, players before reporting are required to warn the player that certain actions arent allowed (exceptions are targetting [aka bullying], spam bots, and hacking)

Rule 5: please dont necropost, this includes posts older than 2 weeks and posts that do not contribute to the theme of the topic such as just "k" "cool" "+1" ect

There is a warning about this in the chat actually, and as said above, players are warned for someone who has to report them/him/her, so there is not excuse.

Most rules are the same for each server. If they didn't read the rules, it's their problem -- they deserve to be punished if they break the rules without understanding or knowing them. Some rules don't even have to be explained.
