Well, the difference is reporting on the website requires evidence, /report is just a command.

They can still send false evidences, like imagine someone with good pc that knows how to record and all that stuff and thinks someone's hacking, false report.

That's not false reporting. That's making a report. I basically said the same thing 4 times about now. False reporting is when you fake the evidence.
