I've seen many people replying to report threads... Members mustn't reply to reports, so I thought this idea:
Members can't reply to reports, only Moderator + can, as helpers can't mute or ban people.
    What do you think?

I'd say leave it as it is now.
People who witnessed it can give their input, the ones who were accused could give their side of the story.
It's best to hear from both sides and there are time where opinion matters.
Also, there are times where someone is reported when they did nothing wrong, some players can tell due to experience or whatever and point out the issue.

    Example:
Someone is lagging really badly and was running halfway on the bridge, someone shot him but he didn't fall and shot him again, reported him for anti-kb but after awhile, the player fell off (delay) I've seen it happen before and i experienced it myself as I'm playing for asia (Bad ping, usually on 1 bar)

Replying to reports is actually not allowed. If the player lags, the staff will probably see it.

Oh I see, I still think it would be nice if it's allowed.
But if the idea of of allowing players to comment there is denied then I agree they should restrict it to staff only.

If it was a hacked client they were banned for then they have no reason to explain themselves, no hacking, simple as that. If it was a mute and there's more to it then I suppose.

As said, it's ridiculously easy to tell the difference between lag and anti-knockback.

Well I mean, they haven't been banned for it that's kinda why it's in the player reports. Not everyone will be able to tell hacks from lag, doesn't necessarily have to be anti-kb. Some people are good in PVP and are accused of hacking most of the time, especially when it comes to big servers with PVP in it. Just my thought on it but I do agree with you.

Well we have very good staff members and every single one of them is very good at identifying cheaters. I absolutely guarantee you that all of them can tell the difference between lag and anti-knockback. The people that shout "hackkss!" in chat are just people accusing others to make their death look less bad. Sometimes they mean it sometimes they don't.

No, because sometimes you'd want to show more evidence without creating new threads.
