Implemented Remove the witherskull from samurai kit In FFA

Too many people are using it in 1.13 to climb to places you cannot get to normally and it ruins the game especially if they buy a bow, also they can't be banned for bug abusing if you don't have evidence of them doing it so you can't do much

Get a bow and use it against them... even better, they cant run away without jumping down.
