You see, when someone leaves, wich causes autobalance to get activated, means they are usually getting destroyed with a huge disadvantage.
By this, instead of 4 losers and 6 winners you get 5 losers. The current autobalance doesn't even get close to balancing the game, it just makes people extremely mad.
