This is a very simple suggestion.
One of the OP Duels kits is No Debuff. In it comes a stack of steak and an inventory full of healing potions. Usually, duels with this kit take very long, so my suggestion is to eliminate natural regeneration so that you can't keep eating steak to heal. Instead, you'd have to splash the potions, which I think is more logical. The steaks, in my opinion, are simply a drag to make you eat every once in a while, opening a window for the opponent to pearl and attack, and should not be a source of healing.
