Refund golden apple kit

Before UHC went in maintenance I had the kit with the two golden apples worth 15 000 coins. After the recent update I got a refund of 900 coins for the kits. At that moment I realised I never had a refund of the old kits.

Is it possible to get a refund for those kits?
I don't have any evidence on my behalf on having bought the kit.
