Mojang isn't responisble for your account, you are acording to their EULA/ToS, neither are they doing anything against phishers.

That's a completely different topic. They'll probably ignore the report if it does not go against their ToS/EULA, but if it is a sincere report with supplied evidence, they might take action.

Well if they do stuff on your account on Cube, yes you have a chance of that happening to you.
