We need to re-do the Bedrock Bug Report Forum:
For this thread I will go over every question and state how it should be changed:
1) What game has this bug affected?
First we need to make a section called "Main Lobby" and "Game Lobbies", when reporting under the "Game Lobbies" a text box under 1.1 will appear asking you to report in which game lobby the bug happened (ex. Beta Games Lobby). Next for Parkour a text box under 1.1 will appear asking you to report on which map the bug happened or if it was in competitive parkour. Then for Duels a text box under 1.1 will appear asking you to report if the bug happened in FFA or Regular Duels. Then for Seasonal Games a text box under 1.1 will appear asking you to report in which seasonal game the bug happened.
2) Explain briefly what happened.

4) Do you have evidence of the bug?

5) How often does this bug occur?
Add an option called "I Have Only Seen This Bug Once So I am Not Sure" or as an alternative "I am Not Sure".

Add an option called "effects another player".
8) Were you using any clients that isn't the official Minecraft client?
Change "isn't" to "aren't" in the question.
