Re Add Capes.
Cubecraft said they were removed due to causing performance issues and people putting inappropriate designs on them.
Lets address these individually:
1- Performance issues/Capes influencing lag: Simple fix- make them togglable via settings.
2- Inappropriate designs- Invalid argument. People can and do put inappropriate designs on skins too so with that logic remove custom skins? No.
