Ranked players having access to /nick

I don't think giving anyone access to /nick would be a good idea. It could be abused to much and so easily. I do agree that it would be nice for staff and youtubers so they are less likely to get targeted (a rank toggle perk would do the just about the same thing). Though, I still believe that it would be best not to give /nick to anyone.

You can do /realname (nickname) to find out the player's real IGN.

No I really downvote that, because, as people above have said, that would make chat look way more disorganized and impossible to read. That would be a huge negative, personally I think one color is fine. Sorry -1 for nickname and the more than one color idea. :/
